Equality & Inclusion
Resources to help you embed equality and inclusion in sport and physical activity.
Equality and inclusion are about recognising and removing the barriers that deter or prevent people from getting involved in physical activity. That’s why Active Lincolnshire is working to change the culture of sport and physical activity to one that values diversity, creating accessible activity opportunities that meet the needs of disadvantaged groups. And having a wider range of inclusive activities isn’t just good for participants. With a more diverse range of activities, organisations can get better exposure, reach more people and run successful sport and physical activity sessions with inclusion at their core.
Here you'll find helpful resources, with links to external sites, that offer guidance to incorporating equality and inclusion in the sport and physical activity you offer within your organisation, club, school or community group.
