About us

Active Lincolnshire is committed to providing opportunities for everyone in Lincolnshire to be active every day. We work with partners to address inequalities and inactivity, responding to the needs of people and places.

What we do

As advocates for the positive power that physical activity has on everyone’s lives, we work in partnership to improve understanding, influence change, and tackle the challenge of inactivity.

Knowledge Hub

Our Knowledge Hub is the core of our website. Here you’ll find our guidance, advice, insight and support in all areas of physical activity and sport.

Campaigns

In partnership with BBC Radio Lincolnshire, we are taking part in Kit out the Nation. By donating your old/unwanted kit you could be the reason a young person in Lincolnshire can get active.

This Girl Can

"We Are Undefeatable" brings together partners who reach and support people living with a range of long term health conditions to help them find ways to be active that suit the individual.

'Challenge Twenty21’ challenges you to move for “twenty” every day of 2021!

#MyTwenty21

There are many fantastic organisations, clubs and groups in Lincolnshire that have campaigns to promote physical activity. These are just some of the campaigns we support.

Local campaigns

WeThe15 is sport’s biggest ever human rights movement to end discrimination. This campaign aims to transform the lives of the world’s 1.2 billion persons with disabilities who represent 15% of the global population.
