Resources to support women and girls to be active throughout all life stages.
We know that women and girls are less likely to be active then men. In fact, 39% of women aged 16 and over are not active enough to get the full health benefits of sport and physical activity, compared to 35% of men. There are a variety of reasons for this 'gender gap'. Many women want to get active but practical or emotional reasons are preventing them from being as active as they would like.
We've gathered together resources and insight to help you support and encourage women and girls to enjoy the benefits of physical activity at all life stages.
