Active Lincolnshire is committed to providing opportunities for everyone in Lincolnshire to be active every day. We work with partners to address inequalities and inactivity, responding to the needs of people and places.

Cimspa are the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector, committed to supporting, developing and enabling professionals and organisations to succeed and, as a result, inspire our nation to become more active. Sported is a UK wide charity supporting young people in Sport. It incentivises participants to engage in outdoor activities, promoting health and community engagement. YMCA supports vulnerable and disadvantaged people across Lincolnshire. The organisation has recently been awarded UK shared prosperity funding to support community activities and village halls. Speak to the YMCA team to explore ways that you could connect with this funded programme.

UK Coaching puts coaching at the heart of physical activity and sport. The organisation plays a pivotal role in supporting organisations, charities, and groups that incorporate physical activity into their services. Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF)

Discover opportunities to provide a Holiday Activities and Food programme (HAF), the Government funded programme that provides free holiday clubs for reception to year 11 pupils in receipt of benefits-related free school meals in Lincolnshire over the summer, Christmas and Easter holidays.

Lincolnshire Community Foundation distributes grants to charities, community groups and organisations across the county. These grants help tackle issues such as child poverty, loneliness and isolation, food poverty, homelessness, access to services, addiction, unemployment and many other crucial local needs. Opening School Facilities

Opening School Facilities investment from the Department for Education supports schools to open their facilities for local community and pupils to use, for sport and other physical activities, outside of the normal school day.

Active Lincolnshire is distributing a £989k Opening School Facilities investment from the Department for Education (DfE), to schools in the county.

Lincolnshire Co-op is a co-operative owned by their 300,000 members, the people of Lincolnshire and surrounding counties. They recycle all profits locally. This includes supporting local community groups, charities and schools through their Community Champions scheme.

Lincolnshire Co-op pride themselves on their dedication to making lives better in local communities, and their wellbeing walks scheme is a vital part in helping to offer physical activity opportunities to the people in their areas. The walks are completely free and offer local people the opportunity to access some fresh air, friendship and fitness in a fully inclusive environment.
