Over the past five years, Bailey has dedicated himself to breaking down barriers in sport and physical activity through his organisation, Be Great Fitness, which he founded as a teenager during the pandemic. His work has directly impacted thousands of people, young and old, by offering free and accessible movement sessions in care homes, schools, and communities.
In the care sector, Bailey has redefined what active ageing looks like. His weekly fitness classes across dozens of homes in Lincolnshire not only reduce fall risks and improve mobility but also lift spirits and boost mental wellbeing. Residents who had previously disengaged from movement have been inspired to move again. His online platform has made seated and adapted exercise accessible to care homes across the UK, helping homes without onsite instructors benefit from expert guidance. In schools, Bailey has delivered energising assemblies, wellbeing days, and movement sessions designed to improve confidence, behaviour, and focus, particularly for children facing adversity.
