Join us for this free full day Understanding Gangs in Sport Workshop designed for coaches, volunteers, and professionals working in sport and physical activity. The workshop will feature multiple delivery partners offering vast knowledge and hands on experience of gangs, gang culture, recruitment and criminal exploitation.

The workshop will explore how gang recruitment and culture can affect young people, helping attendees to recognise the early warning signs of vulnerability and criminal exploitation. Through first hand experiences and guidance from our speakers, participants will learn strategies to safeguard their members, create safe sporting environments, and provide the right support to young people who may be at risk.

Speakers include CYP First, Guiding Young Minds, Lydia Patsalides at Fearless and Crimestoppers Trust and Lincolnshire Police and their County Lines Development Officer.

Lunch will be provided as part of the day.
