- Have a separate welfare email account - Example safeguarding@clubsname.co.uk
- Be compliant and adhere to data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Make members and parents aware of the welfare email
- Check the email account daily to prevent delays

Don'ts
- Don't leave emails unread
- Don't use personal or work email accounts
- Don't share passwords
