The Lincolnshire Sport and Physical Activity Awards is an opportunity for us to come together and recognise, celebrate and say thank you to the people, organisations, clubs and volunteers who are making a positive impact to peoples health and wellbeing though sport and physical activity.

The 2026 edition of the awards is presented in partnership with Lincolnshire Community Foundation, helping us to make this event even more special.

Join us to celebrate our amazing finalists and winners for 2026 at this sparkling community celebration.

The Award Ceremony

The Award Ceremony will be held at the Engine Shed, Lincoln, on Thursday 12th November. Doors and bar are open from 6pm, with the awards ceremony starting at 7pm.

During the evening, we will be recognising all our our deserving finalists, and announcing the winners of each of our award categories.

This year there are 9 categories, each recognising the positive impact physical activity has had on people’s lives. We also have the return of the People's Choice Award - voted for by you! If you haven't voted yet, you have until 31 October to select your three favourite finalists! Find out more and vote.

The finalist with the most votes will be crowned People's Choice Winner at the end of the ceremony!

The evening will also include a range of entertainment including Humber Taiko Drummers, a performance from Hannah Simmons Dance company and more!

Our Finalists

This year’s finalists showcase a variety of inspiring projects, achievements, and personal stories. From individuals using sport and physical activity to transform their own lives, to clubs and organisations dedicated to opening up more opportunities to be active across the county.
