Older People & Frailty Services Webinar

Are you interested in Mental Health, Older People & Frailty Services in Lincolnshire?

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust would like to invite you to join them for a conversation on their Older People & Frailty services in Lincolnshire and how they can support people to live well in their communities.

They would like to talk with you, their patients, service users, carers, third party organisations, community groups and stakeholders and hear your views and comments to help them to shape their future services.

Older People & Frailty Services

The webinar will detail:

  • Young on-set Dementia
  • Use of digital help for Older Adults
  • Clinical pathways in Mental Health Older People & Frailty Services
  • Short-term intervention ward

Two virtual events will be held on Tuesday 18th January, 10.00 am to 11.30 am and Monday 24th January, 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm.
