The 3 hour course outline covers:

- First Aid Kit
- Assessing injuries - bruises, breaks, sprains
- Sprains (bandaging and treatment)
- Breaks - (treatment, slings)
- Dislocations - recognition and treatment
- Priorities of treatment
- CPR and Defibrillator
- Recovery position
- Spinal Injuries
- Head injuries
- Bleeding

This course is being delivered by ABC First Aid & Safety Training Ltd. The course has been modified to take into consideration Covid-19 guidance and will be delivered in a Covid-19 safe manner.
