Let's Move Lincolnshire
Our strategy to tackle the challenge of inactivity. Find out more
Staying active while pregnant has been shown to support a healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery. As part of our pre and post-natal programme we're working with and supporting physical activity providers and fitness professionals to give them the confidence and awareness they need to deliver safe activity sessions for mums-to-be and new mums. As part of this programme we are delighted to be able to offer a number of funded places on this course for fitness professionals in Lincolnshire.
